Custom projects
Custom applications require an agreed proposal or statement of work covering scope, platforms, delivery dates, pricing and ownership.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate requirements, content, approvals and lawful access to systems needed for delivery. Material changes may affect timing and price.
Support and availability
Support, uptime commitments, maintenance and third-party services follow the final agreement for the selected product or custom deployment.
