Information we collect
We collect the contact, business, project, platform and plan details you submit, together with basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Approximate location personalization
When you visit the public site, our hosting provider may supply an approximate city, country, coordinates and timezone derived from your internet connection. We use this coarse information to show local weather and estimated local-currency prices. We do not request precise GPS access, return your IP address to the site, add this information to project requests, or store location records.
Weather and currency lookups are made transiently through Open-Meteo and Frankfurter. Results are kept only in memory while you navigate. VPNs and network routing can make the location approximate; if a lookup is unavailable, the site continues normally and prices remain in USD.
How we use submitted information
We use submitted information to review requests, recommend configurations, prepare quotes, contact you and improve Taskim Tech products and support.
Access and security
Project requests are stored in Supabase and are readable only by authorized Taskim Tech administrators. Guest visitors cannot browse submitted requests.
Retention and requests
We retain records while they are reasonably needed for sales, delivery, support, security or legal purposes. Contact info@hagahanolasha.com to request access, correction or deletion.
